When you book or ask for a quote we may collect:

- Vehicle make, model and year
- Suburb, and the address where the work is to be done
- Anything you write in the message field, and any photos you text or email
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts.
3. How we collect it
Through the booking form on this site, or when you call, text, email or message us on Facebook.
4. How we use it
To quote, arrange and carry out the work you have asked about, to keep a record of the work done on your vehicle, and to contact you about it. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
5. Who else sees it
The booking form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which passes the form contents to our email address. Where a service is done under a mechanical insurance policy, the details of that service may be shared with your insurer at your request. No one else receives your details unless you ask us to pass them on.
6. Storage and security
Enquiries and job records are kept in our email and phone. We take reasonable steps to keep them from loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
7. Access and correction
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Contact us using the details below.
8. Retention
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to quote and carry out the work, and to meet any legal, warranty, insurance or accounting obligations.
